Though the website mentions that the applicants need to fulfil US citizenship or Green card status, that's because they won't be sponsoring visas..hence if you can have your visitors visa or other status that allows you to be in the US (like F1 students can have summers off and yet stay in the US ), then it may not be a problem.Application Information

how to obtain a sponsorship from the physician within the the department?..they r asking for a letter of support from a physician..
