University of Connecticut has a no-observership policy.......they allow only electives for international students
Just want to reiterate the previous comment - Candidates for residency who are not in medical school and who are not currently
in a U.S. residency training program are not eligible for any type of experience at
UCONN whether or not it involves patient care. So NO observerships for IMGs.
just want to clarify it, maybe uconn has a no observership policy , but st.francis hospital which is part of uconn residency program has observership spots. i think when referring to uconn , it was referring to st.francis.
as my brother who is an img and not in a residency program, is currrently doing an observership in st.francis hospital
I looked at the St. Francis website and couldn't find any information regarding the observership program.
If you could please ask your brother about the details on how I could apply...
Thank you so much!
hello there am a recent blogger... could you pls ask your brother as to how he managed observership at that place at st francis.will be highly obliged...
