After you open the picture, right click and select "Set as Desktop Background"

but there are so many mnemonics, that one may have to change wallpaper once a week (at the minimum!)... and by the time a wall paper has been removed for a while, one is likely to forget it...
how about making a slide show, and then watching it once daily [u can adjust dose according to body weight (or brain capacity hehe...)]

Ya its good. better make it a dynamic wall paper that has settings like how often change the wall paper(for clearer picture checkout Desktop Earth ;-))
dude...very innovative idea...y don u come up with some more mnemonics wllpapers....keep it up!!!!
sure lets do it but seperate it by courses ( biochem, physiology etc) of my medical school year or semesters so people can study the relevant part accordingly.
