do we have to make calls and try to contact the program even if we send our application via eras?

should we send our application via eras first?or wait for the coordinator to tell us to send the application via eras and then send it?

Yes you call first and then apply if eligible - do not waste your scramble ERAS quota :-)

their position is unfilled, do they still have specific eligibility criteria? what if you dont get through the phone? if I email, will they ever reply? is the phone call the only best first step?
