Using Innovative Googling to Fetch IMG-Friendly Programs

A simple search on "IMG Friendly Residency Programs" will not give your links to the residency program websites themselves on the search results, since hardly any residency programs use the keywords "IMG Friendly" on their websites - rather you will see a lot of such published lists on forums, groups and even my blog, in the search results.
For example, try typing in "IMG Friendly Neurology Programs" : What do you mostly see in the results ? Posts on forums and other sites claiming to have a list of such programs.
And now, check out this search string on Google to again look for IMG-Friendly Neurology residency programs. On the Google Search Box, I type in the following keywords:
Neurology residency -"cannot sponsor" -"do not sponsor" -"will not sponsor" visa
Check out the results by clicking Here - Whaddayathink ? !!
The negative sign on the search string above tells Google to search for websites that use the word visa, but do not talk about NOT sponsoring them by omitting those most likely phrases. That way we make the results more specific to what we are looking for. If we did not omit those phrases, you are bound to see a lot of programs in the search results that might say :"We do not sponsor the H1b Visa" - which is still write as per our keywords, but wrong as per what we are actually looking for ..we need to be more specific with computers, they got no intelligence.
So go on - get innovative and use keywords and constraints to limit results to more pertinent ones.
